After a transfer Imlil, begin your trek. Heading along the Mizane Valley, first pass the village of Aremd and then onto the shrine of Sidi, which attracts tourists and pilgrims. Get up and have breakfast. Then descend and have lunch in Aremd village( the highest village in Imlil valley). Then go down to Imlil centre, where you will meet your driver to take you to Marrakech. 5 hours.

Concerning this alternate route, if you come back to the refuge and you still have time, you can go all the way down to Aremd village, where you will sleep in a guest house. Then on the third day there are many other options; you can walk through Berber villages of Imlil valley or go to the Imnan valley or do another mountain before you go to Marrakech at four or five o’clock.
